Raw Material Availability: We stock approximately 4,000 different types of coils and bars, varying in specifications, dimensions, surface grades, and more. This extensive stock of raw materials ensures rapid production of prototypes and single pieces, as well as small, medium, and large production runs.

CNC production technology:

The use of state-of-the-art CNC technology throughout the manufacturing process enables minimal set-up times, ensuring the highest precision, smallest tolerances and optimal surface quality.

Some production features:

  • State of the art CNC cold spring forming using high tensile strength, alloyed, oil hardened spring materials up to 19mm wire diameter; over 19mm and up to 25mm wire diameter using our pre-hardened patented cold drawn wire
  • CNC cold forming of springs with wire diameters up to 38 mm, using annealed materials (e.g. 51 CrV4) in coils, heat treated after winding
  • Hot forming of coil springs with a rod diameter of up to 56 mm (rod length max. 8.30 m)
  • State-of-the-art grinding and production machines through the implementation of our own production knowledge
  • Chamfering of spring ends (inside and outside) by robots and specially developed handling systems
  • In-house tool room and measurement workshop
  • Improved dynamic durability with state-of-the-art shot peening techniques, including stress shot peening
  • Minimizing relaxation with controlled heat curing processes
  • Cost-effective, in-house developed CNC bending technologies for stabilizers made of pre-hardened solid or tubular material for small batches and series, most often used without additional tools

  • PV securing process: specially developed rubber bearing systems are firmly placed on the stabilizers

To ensure compliance with pick-up and delivery plans, and to meet cost-effective production runs, we offer an extensive, barcode-controlled finished product inventory. This includes standard Eibach suspensions and industrial products, as well as custom-made springs for pick-up orders.

Through Eibach Oberflächentechnik GmbH we supply the microcor® micro-layer corrosion protection system.

Microcor® is a corrosion protection solution that is tailored to your product specifications and requirements. Most applications start with an inorganic zinc/zinc flake base coat and or an organic topcoat with additional properties that can be tailored to your specific requirements.

Through Eibach Oberflächentechnik GmbH we supply the microcor® micro-layer corrosion protection system.

We have combined the quality, environmental and energy management system to create an integrated management system. All aspects are embedded in the processes of our process landscape and are defined by additional guidelines and instructions.

SUSPENSION TECHNOLOGY

We meet the highest requirements

Eibach offers both car and original equipment manufacturers the complete infrastructure of a recognized supplier, supplying parts for a complete suspension system. Highly flexible structures in the development phase as well as in production make Eibach the ideal partner for small and medium-sized productions as well as for prototypes. The special production technology of stabilizer bars (both solid and tubular) enables production without high tooling costs.
